Providing high-speed Internet for the Caribbean with Horizon Communications

Horizon Communications (Horizon) is a company controlled by blocking technologies, which aims to use the next-generation LTE connection with fixed wireless communication to provide its services.

Customers will be able to make payments for services using the HRZN token in a convenient and accessible way. It is planned that the HRZN token will be available for trading on different exchanges. 
It should be noted that client portals will have access to a securely encrypted decentralized repository. Horizon also plans to offer VPN or virtual private network services using blocking solutions.
Horizon plan to split the dividends with the holders of the tokens and execute the program for the redemption of tokens with partial profits. The target amount for dividend distribution is fifteen percent, and about five percent is intended for the buy-out program.
